Tutorial Services of Plano

Spring Creek Academy is pleased to be affiliated with Tutorial Services of Plano (TSP). Over the years, thousands of students have benefited from Tutorial Services of Plano. Students have supplemented their regular classroom instruction, improved their test taking skills, and improved study skills. Some have learned a new language such as Spanish or German. Because alumni have included the children of top officials of the various school districts that surround us, Tutorial Services can proudly claim that they are the place top educators choose to help their own children.

Tutorial Services of Plano uses the same campus facilities as Spring Creek Academy, and shares some of the same fine faculty. All additional TSP faculty members have university degrees, are certified, and have extensive teaching experience, often in schools from the surrounding communities. As a result, they are very familiar with the curriculums, teaching methods, and other requirements of your child's school.

Private Tutoring
Affordable private tutoring is offered Monday through Thursday from 3:00 to 9:00 pm. All subjects are supported in grades K through college.

Test Preparation
This program helps improve achievement test scores for students in grades 3-12. It consists of 10 one-hour sessions meeting once a week, and is limited to groups of eight students. Among the specific areas taught are: listening skills, word recognition, reading comprehension, math computation, problem solving, number concepts, logical reasoning, vocabulary, spelling, capitalization, punctuation, and analogies.

Foreign Languages
Three levels are offered: beginner, intermediate and advanced. Languages offered are: Spanish, French, and German.
